Healthy eating diet plan

Eating proper diet goes a long way in keeping you fit and healthy. Eating healthy foods is very important if you want to keep yourself away from obesity, baldness etc., and want to maximize your endurance level. And health eating doesn’t mean living in salads. In fact it means eating everything but in balanced proportions.
Our body needs variety of minerals and vitamins to survive. And not all of these are developed inside the body. Thus we need to replenish it with outside. Foods contain varieties of minerals and vitamins. There are 5 food groups from which we can get the necessary minerals and vitamins. They are-
- Fruits- Any food you take is beneficial to your body. Foods have also been found to keep the skin glowing.
- Dairy Products- Milk, yoghurt etc., provide vital ingredients to a body. Milk helps in building muscles.
- Vegetables- From spinach to cabbage, every vegetable is a rich source of vitamins and other minerals.
- Meat, Fish and Poultry products- Eggs, chicken, pork and meat are good for body.
- Cereals and pulses- Rice, wheat and pulses should be part of every diet.
